I had tried to get

I had tried to get a refinance months ago, but because I owned a manufactured home Melanie told me they didn’t do them right now, and that she would let me know if and when they did. To my surprise, she called me a few months later and said, we are good to go. She was on top of it from the get go. She was ready to start. I was on vacation visiting family and she was so nice and I managed to have all the information on my computer and by the time I got home a few days later, we were already scheduled for a appraisal. I loved working with her, she is so friendly and professional. I finalized my loan a few days ago and the gentleman, Walter, who came to my house to notarize my loan, was as nice as can be. From start to finish, it was an easy experience. Thanks Melanie.

Melanie Shammami was our loan

Melanie Shammami was our loan office and recently helped me refinance the mortgage on our home. She did her due diligence to get this load approved. She allowed me to text and email until 11 pm. She helped me by allowing me to send documents through pictures and emails. She arranged for the appraiser to come in the early afternoon to appraise our house and for a person to come to our house at 9 pm to sign the hard copy. This was unheard of when I was in the real estate business 7 years ago.

I will certainly highly recommend Ms. Shammami to others looking for loans and refinancing help.

This was a very easy process and I have Danel Ilia to thank for it. Danel was always professional but kind when we spoke. I had many questions to ask and he was always ready with an answer. I would like to thank Central Mortgage Funding for completing my home refinance. We would like to thank, LaTonya Maclin, especially. From the very first phone call she showed exceptional confidence in ensuring that she could get us through the process. We had tried two companies prior without success and had just our given up on refinancing our home. We explained to her what the problems with the other companies were and she assured us that no matter what she would work through it.

I received a call from LaTonia Macklin, just as I receive many calls from finance companies trying to refinance my mortgage. I kept blowing them and her off. Rescued from a bad refi

Nathan Rabban called me two months into a loan with another vendor in which I had been working through a cash out refinance for two months… I was reluctant to change lenders but after a short phone call, a promise to close a loan in 15-30 days, a new appraisal, preliminary disclosures… here I am – just signed my closing docs yesterday on a lower rate with more cash out to pay off bills and a lower cost within the 30 days promised. His customer service has been phenomenal and the number of documents required was much less than the previous lender. Due to the extra money, I’ll not only be able to pay off bills, but be able to get some much needed improvements to my 19 year old home. Thanks Nathan and the CMF team!

Ms LaTonya Maclin is as diligent, professional, prompt, competent and courteous as she is patient and persistent. My refinance was a unique challenge that required all of these attributes. Allante with central mortgage funding located in Southfield, MI first contacted me about refinancing our home. We were wanting to put in a swimming pool, so Allante went to work trying to make something happen for us. He came back with a good offer that same day and had enough money for us do do our pool. All of our process was done over the phone, by text or email until everything was complete then Allante sent a notary to our home with documents we needed to sign. Samantha our notary was excellent walked us through the whole process, we even called Allante during the signing and he helped walk us through it. After the paper’s were all signed the cash out money we ask for was in our bank account within a couple of days just like Allante said it would be.
